Chemo today...
Grace had her last round of Interim Maintenance today and received two forms of chemo. She has done really well today ( she has some really fun visitors to distract her)! Grace begins her hardest round of chemo yet (Delayed intensification) in 18 days. She will lose her hair, so we're told, she will more than likely feel pretty yucky, so we're gearing up for the second week in December and hoping she'll feel alright through Christmas. Wish us luck...and say hoorah for an 18 day break from chemo!

YEAH FOR A BREAK! boo for the delayed intensification. I know Grace will handle it like a champ..just like she has done all along, I'll be checking in with you!! Happy thanksgiving!!
We'll be thinking and praying for Grace as she gets ready for the tough round of chemo. Feel free to visit us anytime. I will be there Mon-Wed of this week and probably all of next week. Maybe we'll get to take our Grace home next week. Maybe. I do know our Grace's probably won't get to meet yet because they won't let kids into the NICU, but I would still like to meet you guys. Have a good holiday! Jodie

18 days just doesn't seem long enough for all that she has been through!!! I can't stand to think this isn't all over. May these 18 days go slow, happy, and every minute be marvelous! Good luck in December, we'll be there anytime, anywhere! We love you all!!!
We hope you had an awesome Thanksgiving. I am so glad Grace gets fun visitors and a little break. I hope it boosts her enough to get her through what is to come. We are gearing up to help in any way, we aren't going ANYWHERE this month, so we'll being seeing you!!!
How on earth do you do it, Kim? As I read over your blog...I am speechless, in tears, full of hope and love for your family...I don't even really know you, and I feel like I love you guys. Probably, because of your ability and willingness to openly share your family's story, struggles, and triumps...how do you do it? I know, it's really not a choice, but please know, I stand in awe as you handle such trials with such "grace." Your family, and your little Grace are in my prayers, and I pray for many more triumps ahead.
