Have to give thanks...

Our family has a lot to be grateful for. We have found blessings in abundance, even admist hardship. We have seen miracles and endless acts of kindness. This Thanksgiving we were able to be with some of the people we love (Shele, Glen, Sam, Max, Nick) and we are grateful because it meant the world to us!
Be Thankful
Be thankful that you don't already have everything you desire, If you did, what would there be to look forward to? Be thankful when you don't know something For it gives you the opportunity to learn. Be thankful for the difficult times. During those times you grow. Be thankful for your limitations Because they give you opportunities for improvement. Be thankful for each new challenge Because it will build your strength and character. Be thankful for your mistakes They will teach you valuable lessons. Be thankful when you're tired and weary Because it means you've made a difference. It is easy to be thankful for the good things. A life of rich fulfillment comes to those who are also thankful for the setbacks. GRATITUDE can turn a negative into a positive. Find a way to be thankful for your troubles and they can become your blessings.~ Author Unknown ~

Your table looks so GREAT! You are so classy, Kim! And, I think your comments are so appropriate. I needed that reminder today. Yes, do tell.....did you make or buy those lovely runners?

In a strange fit of sleepless nights...I made them. Kind of dumb. But, it was either 16 dollars for a little homemade one, or a lot more for store bought. Nerdly, I know. But, I needed an outlet.

We are very sorry for the hardship on the bad days. It is so easy to take your health for granted even when you feel like you are being grateful. It isn't until you loose your own health that you have some slight perspective of miserable agony. Grace is our #1 hero. Being the caretaker is an extremely difficult job too, because you go through everything the patient does except with a whole lot of less rest. I guess that is why they call you the MAGNIFICENT FIVE! You are all doing a stupendous job!!! Keep up the top-notch work. Your family Fall pictures are beautiful! Your Thanksgiving looks extremely inviting. Is that Martha Stewart I see in the corner? Please save 4 wrist bands for us if you can. Thank you for the wonderful poem. That is a good one to carry around in your pocket and wall paper your home with. OXOXOXOXOXO
